Thanks to the service department for offering a good deal and getting me in and out fast as possible.

Disappointed that they did not come through on some of our requests. We asked for the car we wanted to test drive to be charged 4 hrs prior to our appt and it was not. As we were processing paperwork the car was still not charging for us. We asked multiple times for the interior to be cleaned prior to purchase and there was still dirt marks on the back of the passenger seat and dirt/mud spots on the steering wheel and dashboard. My vehicle was taken in without and appointment and returned to me "mostly" fixed in a timely manner. The only negatives are that one of my problems still persists and have to drive 30 minute to the dealership to have them attempt to repair it again.

Poor customer service. They don't return phone calls My car was dropped off on November 25. All it needed was a fuse. Nine days later I finally got it back after they got the fuse from Vacaville dealership. Doughty I will ever use Davis KIA again.

They pay no attention to previously scheduled appointments. And do the minimum work required. Even if a little extra effort would do a better job

Horrible experience, nothing was done on my vehicle. There has also been no follow up on the recall part coming in, or from the manager that I’ve called and emailed regarding my experience.

Super professional. Clear, open communication. They were willing to listen to and work with customers. It was a nice experience and we got the car we wanted at a very competitive price. They felt like real people not like sales dudes working us over like it can feel sometimes at dealerships.

My experience with Steve, internet sales manager, was great. He made sure I got every rebate possible, was kind and outgoing to both my daughter and I and made sure we felt like we were part of the family.

Horrible service . Waited about an hour before they could find the keys to match the car we inquired about. Not able to Test drive due to a dead battery was told I could return it if after driving it if I didn’t like it… Then After taking delivery of the vehicle being told I can’t return it.. very unhappy with dealership overall. 3 plus weeks ago (10/25/2024) we bought a used 2023 Ford Explorer from this Dealer Ship and still have not received all of the ownership documents!!! We told them that we would not buy the vehicle with only one key, they said no problem we’ll get a second key for you!!! Would not recommend this place. Tony in the service department lies constantly. They had my car for 6+ months. My car came back with damage and now pursuing legal action against this place.

Everyone here is both professional and friendly. Tony was extra great. My first time with him as my service writer. Made sure I got in and out as I was just there for a routine oil change type service. I always appreciate the consideration of my time. I've been going to this dealership for the last 4 years with my Kia Sportage. They've taken great care of me every time!

“Poor” doesn’t even touch how bad the service was here. Spent 3 months chasing down the service advisor constantly in an effort to replace a single part, only to end up with the car in worse shape than when the whole process started. Horrible. They kept my car for over 6 weeks, didn't communicate at all with me about the status of my car, and charged me over $600 to do a diagnostic and change my spark plugs. Service took way too long. Also performed service that wasn’t requested or needed. They did not disclose all the service that they were going to do up front in writing.

Tony was extremely helpful and thorough during my service. I greatly appreciate that he took the time to review the contents my maintenance package and was clear on what was covered and what other services were recommended. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which I feel happens a lot in automotive businesses. So thank you!

Everyone was super kind and very professional . They made me feel very comfortable and let me know every step of the way what was going on.

They are the epitome of the dishonest car dealers. They added $5,000 worth of charges without even having the courtesy of telling me about it. Fortunately, I caught it before the contract was completed. They promised to get me floor mats, but didn't do it until I started to get nasty with them. I went for the recall and it wasn’t done (apparently due the system being down) was not offered another time to reschedule. The horn stopped working and I thought warranty was up to 100k they were going to charge me for diagnostic without informing me, just having me sign the paper. Glad my son was with me. This is for the Kia service center. Very unprofessional staff who lack actual car repair knowledge. Car has been stuck there for a month waiting for a repair that I was initially quoted over $7k and is now down to about $1k after insurance carriers field mechanic is evaluated the car. It’s also very difficult to get updates. You have to call multiple times to get a call back.

Great people. Service was good. I like that they didn’t pushed to sell me anything or get anything done while I’m there. I like the ambiance, great choice of music.

They tried to charge me $384 bucks for a line and oil. They act like everyone has that amount of money to spend. This would have been $70 at a non dealership. After I said I couldn't afford it she offered me the "next option" of $184. A $200 difference. When I asked her what the difference in the services she said they don't check as many thing and don't add gas additive that clean la the tank. This car only has 20k miles on it!! How many thing should they have to check. This was ridiculous.

My experience there was great, from the time I entered the lot until the car was bought. Thanks again, I am loving my car.
